Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WappPilot ("the Service"), a multi-tenant sales and marketing platform provided by us ("WappPilot," "we," "us"). By creating an account, inviting team members, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent ("your Workspace"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts and Workspaces
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for the actions of any team member you invite into your Workspace. The person who creates a Workspace is its Owner and controls billing, staff access, and connected channels; Owners may assign Admin, Agent, or Viewer roles to teammates with different levels of access.
3. Acceptable Use and Third-Party Channel Policies
The Service lets you send messages and content through WhatsApp, email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and (where enabled) AI-initiated voice calls. You are solely responsible for:
- Complying with each channel provider's own policies (including Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy, Meta's Platform Terms for Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies) — we are not a party to and do not control those policies.
- Obtaining and maintaining valid consent, and honoring opt-out requests, before messaging or calling any contact — including compliance with applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, and do-not-call laws in every jurisdiction you contact (e.g. TCPA-style consent rules, India's TRAI regulations, and equivalents elsewhere).
- The accuracy and legality of contact data you upload, and having a lawful basis to process it.
- Not using the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, malware, or content that is deceptive, harassing, hateful, or infringes a third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate a Workspace that violates this section, a connected channel's own policies, or applicable law, with or without notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, or a channel partner's standing with us.
4. AI-Assisted Features
Certain features (reply suggestions, AI assistants, and AI-initiated voice calling where enabled) use third-party AI providers to generate content. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate in context; you are responsible for reviewing AI-suggested content before it reaches a customer unless you explicitly enable an automation to send it unattended. Where AI voice calling is enabled for your Workspace, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the required consent and disclosures for automated/AI-assisted calling in every jurisdiction you call into.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Plan Limits
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Each plan carries usage limits (contacts, team members, connected channels, sends, calls, etc.); exceeding a limit may block further use of that feature until you upgrade or the next billing period begins. If a payment fails, we may restrict Workspace functionality after a grace period; unresolved non-payment may result in suspension.
6. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the contact, conversation, and business data you upload or generate through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you, including passing message content to the third-party channels you connect. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (including but not limited to Meta/WhatsApp, email delivery providers, LinkedIn, payment processors, and AI providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider's own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data handling by third-party providers outside our control.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from your Workspace's billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain Customer Data for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy before deletion.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WappPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service — including any consequences of messages, calls, or content sent through channels you connect.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This document is a starting template, not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. Before launch, have it reviewed for your specific business, the jurisdictions you operate in, and the channel policies (Meta, LinkedIn, telephony/consent law) applicable to your customers, and replace the placeholder contact email above with a real one.
